Frizzante Sui Lieviti "Le Rosè" from the Venetian winery Gregoletto is a simple and lively rosé bubble perfect for carefree evenings with friends. This label is made from a blend of carefully selected white and red grapes and an alcoholic fermentation carried out in steel at a controlled temperature. The soft pink colour illuminates the glass with coppery reflections while the nose is intoxicated by aromas of red fruits and herbs. On the palate it is fresh, agile, mineral, crisp and balanced

The Frizzante Sui Lieviti “Le Rosè” from the Treviso winery Gregoletto is a label that pays homage to the most ancient customs of the territory. A faithful interpreter of the Valdobbiadene area, Gregoletto is a historic winery that, while producing Prosecco, has never abandoned the tradition of still white and red wines and sparkling wines sur lie, the oldest sparkling wines of the area. Before the introduction of modern technologies of the Martinotti Method, in fact, the effervescence was achieved using the Ancestral Method. Le Rosè brings back this ancient version, now increasingly appreciated by enthusiasts.

“Le Rosè” Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a creation of a historic winery from the Marca Trevigiana. The Gregoletto winery is located in Premaor, in the heart of Prosecco lands, and boasts origins that date back to the 17th century. The wine is born from a skillful and balanced blend of different varieties of white and red grapes, sourced from the estate’s vineyards, chosen with the sole aim of to achieve a pleasantly harmonious sip and aromatically fragrant and fruity. The grapes are softly pressed to extract only the free-run juice. Once fermentation is complete, carried out in temperature-controlled steel tanks, the base wines of the different grape varieties are blended to form the final cuvée, which is transferred to the bottle where the second fermentation on the lees occurs according to the Ancestral Method, without final disgorgement.

The Frizzante Sui Lieviti “Le Rosè” Gregoletto is the choice for those who love sparkling wines with a dry and decisive, taut and vertical taste, without any concession to the caramel softness of many rosés. It presents itself with a pale pink hue with bright reflections, crossed by a fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet is intense and fragrant, with notes of citrus, pink grapefruit, raspberry aromas, red currant, white-fleshed fruit, and hints of yeast and bread crust. On the palate, it is pleasantly fruity, juicy, and crisp, with a savory and very fresh finish. Depending on preferences, it can be poured leaving the lees at the bottom, or shake the bottle before opening it to bring them into suspension.
