The Gattinara "Valferana" is a full-bodied and intense red wine from Alto Piemonte made from Nebbiolo (Spanna) grapes sourced from the esteemed estate cru. Aged for 4 years in oak barrels with a 6-month passage in cement, it presents a bouquet of beautiful personality featuring notes of cardamom and juniper, with hints of ripe red fruit. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, with smooth tannins and vibrant freshness
