Gavi La Bollina 2025
Perfect to drink every dayThe Gavi from La Bollina is a fresh, agile, and drinkable white wine, vinified and aged in steel. It exudes inviting aromas of fruit and white flowers, typical of the type, which anticipate a sip marked by delicacy and thirst-quenching freshness. Balance, harmony, and drinkability in service of the territory
The white Gavi is a wine from Piemonte that impresses with its good aromatic persistence, and with a sip that immediately announces itself as refreshing and joyful. This is also thanks to the production philosophy of the La Bollina winery, personified by Marco Raveda, which aims to showcase the potential of this terroir, allowing it to express itself with as much naturalness as possible in the glass. An extremely versatile label, to be enjoyed now, to savor it at the peak of its evolutionary journey, fully appreciating its aromas.
This Gavi is made from the pure use of a variety that finds its natural habitat in the Alessandria area of Piemonte, the Cortese. It is a grape variety that has been cultivated in the areas of Serravalle Scrivia, where the winery is located, since the eighteenth century. Here, La Bollina cultivates it, taking care to enhance the territory and the denomination of origin. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, undergo a brief maceration, before being gently pressed and fermented in steel.Always in steel, the wine then remains to refine for a few months, before being bottled and marketed.
The white Gavi produced by the La Bollina winery presents itself to the eye with a light and transparent color, reminiscent of the shade of straw yellow. The array of aromas that envelops the nose from the very first moments tells of fresh and clear notes, where floral and fruity scents are primarily found. On the palate, it is light-bodied, slim and lively, with a pleasantly fresh sip that encourages drinking. A bottle that is enjoyable both at aperitif time and throughout the meal, paired with dishes based on fish and shellfish.
