The Monterotondo Gavi of Villa Sparina is an elegant and refined Cortese, endowed with a long aging potential, which comes from the ancient and vocated vineyards of the estate. Aged for at least 2 years in steel and wood in the historic cellars, it seduces the nose with its aromas of apricot, acacia flowers, hints of spices, and a typical chalky signature. On the palate, it is balanced, harmonious, and complex, imbued with freshness and minerality, fading into aromatic hints.
