The Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru “Les Corbeaux” by Guillard is a great red from Burgundy, from one of the great areas of French Pinot Noir. A wine that starts to express itself timidly but, with a little time in the glass, reveals great intensity and elegance. Red fruits blend with hints of rose and tertiary sensations of coffee and cocoa. Of great harmony, with a fine tannic texture, perfect for pairing with large meats
