The Greco ‘Pigro delle Sorbe’ from Collecapretta comes from a rare Umbrian planting of Greco, a variety traditionally from Campania. The winemaking is artisanal, with indigenous yeasts and no clarification. On the nose, it releases aromas of exotic fruit, apricot with slight hints of broom and flint. On the palate, it is full and enveloping, vibrant and with persistent sapidity. Ideal for pairing with flavorful Mediterranean dishes, such as spaghetti with clams
