Grillo Baglio di Pianetto 2025

The Grillo from the Baglio di Pianetto winery is a fresh and light white wine from Sicily that takes its name from the famous Platonic dialogue that has influenced philosophy and science more than any other. The aging takes place in steel tanks for 6 months and gives the label a pale straw yellow with greenish hues reminiscent of the sea. The aroma is delicate and reminiscent of citrus, melon, almonds, lavender, and broom. The sip is agile, mineral, smooth, fresh, and of excellent taste harmony.
