The "Guet-Apens" Du Vin aux Liens is a white produced by Domaine Albert Hertz, for a collective project managed by Vanessa Letort who created this sparkling, young, and cheeky project. This white is produced with 5 different varieties, which ferment together to create a unique blend. A bouquet of fruit, citrus, and wildflowers meets hints of aromatic herbs and typical mineral notes of Alsatian whites. Fresh, fragrant, and with an almost cutting sip!
