ArtisanalThe white H is a sparkling wine obtained by ancestral method. It is presented with a pale straw yellow dress enriched with a copious and lively foam. To the nose it is simple but interesting with the aromas of crunchy yellow plums and freshly harvested grapes to which a trail of yeast for bread making is queued. The taste is fresh and satisfying with the thick creaminess of its bubbles that fills the palate tastefully.
“H Bianco” by Castello di Lispida is a sparkling white wine made using the ancestral method with a simple and fresh profile. The winery is located in the municipality of Monselice, in the province of Padua. The history of this place, rich in charm and culture, begins with the construction of the Monastery of Lispida in 1150. The property then passed to the counts Corinaldi in the early 1800s, who made it their residence by building a castle of striking beauty, now transformed into a relais. Here the host is Alessandro Sgaravatti, a student of Gravner, who produces his bottles using experimental techniques in full respect of the environment.
H Frizzante by Castello di Lispida is the result of the blending of white grapes. The varieties come from few hectares of cultivated land thanks to the complete absence of chemical fertilizers and herbicides. The grape clusters are harvested by hand and, once brought to the winery, are left to ferment only with indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels without temperature control. This is followed by a natural refermentation in bottle with a minimal addition of sulfur and without filtration or clarification.
“H Bianco” Lispida has a pale and delicate straw yellow color, in the glass it presents a beautiful creamy foam, refreshing and enveloping. On the nose it is simple and fresh, reminiscent of freshly harvested white grapes, with delicate sensations of white-fleshed fruit and light notes of baking yeast. On the palate it is juicy and delicate, driven by a mineral note that gives extreme freshness and ease of drinking. A simple and balanced wine, to be enjoyed on any occasion and extremely convivial, it spreads cheerfulness and fuels enthusiasm. A refreshing and invigorating sip that will delight all simple aperitifs!
