The Habemus Etichetta Bianca is a powerful and rich wine, characterized by a velvety and caressing texture. Marco Casolanetti's approach to winemaking is one of the most recognizable, stemming from a clear idea that embraces work in the vineyard and cellar. Marco, already the owner of Oasi degli Angeli, opts for very low yields in order to concentrate aromas and extracts in a few fruits, harvested at full ripeness. In the case of Habemus, the chosen grape varieties are Grenache, Syrah, Carignano, and Tempranillo, all capable of providing a generous and well-defined aromatic contribution. Liquids concentrated, deep, impactful, and undoubtedly charming and engaging, due to their allure and pleasantness of drinking. The red Habemus Etichetta Bianca is obtained from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignano, and Tempranillo. The grapes, which are hand-harvested, are the result of a very careful selection of bush-trained vines planted at 300-400 meters of altitude on clay soil with a southern exposure.altitude on clay soil with a southern exposure. Marco's philosophy in the vineyard has always been aimed at respecting the varieties and the system, therefore the plants are not treated with any chemical or synthetic substances. In the cellar, spontaneous fermentation continues in steel containers and aging for 20 months in new barriques, followed by at least 6 months in the bottle.
The wine Habemus Etichetta Bianca presents itself in the glass with an extremely dark and impenetrable ruby red color. The nose is vast, where a particularly fit taster could linger for hours: cocoa, tobacco, plum, cinnamon, black pepper outline what is a true aromatic triumph.
