Il Cadetto is a delicate, fruity and refreshing rosé semi-sparkling wine, produced in the Modena area from Lambrusco Salamino grapes with second fermentation in bottle and disgorging. It has a clean and pleasant aromatic profile, with hints of fresh cherries, small red fruits and wild flowers.
