Vigneto Saetti
Vigneti Saetti is a small family-run winery, established in 1998 by Luciano Saetti in Soliera, in the province of Modena. From a young age, Luciano was immersed in the world of vineyards, having been born into a family dedicated to viticulture for several generations. Gradually, year after year, Luciano began to understand the secrets and tricks of winemaking, learning more and more about how to engage with the local grapes and traditions. However, one thing was clear in his mind from the start: the wine produced by Vigneti Saetti had to be healthy, and for this reason, the fundamental part of the work had to be done in the vineyard. This inspiring starting point led the winery to be certified by the Italian Association for Organic Agriculture. Furthermore, since 2007, the production has not used sulfur dioxide during bottling, resulting in straightforward and authentic sips.
The vineyards of Vigneti Saetti cover a small area, about 2.8 hectares, dating back to artisanal, of excellent quality, where each single label is still applied by hand, where aromas and flavors bring back, sip after sip, to the most ancient local traditions.
