Torino Distillati is the name of a family distillery located in Moncalieri, founded and managed by the Vergnano family since 1992. Always committed to experimentation and research to achieve the highest quality, the Vergnano family has recently come to prominence in the Italian panorama of gin thanks to the creation of the Malfy brand, which has become an exciting revelation that is setting trends.
Torino Distillati was founded in 1992 with the acquisition of a historic plant in Moncalieri. This plant was built in 1906 by the Ferrero Brothers of Riccardo, an important production reality of wine and vermouth, and was later acquired in the sixties by the Canadian multinational Seagram, the largest distillation company in the world. Today Carlo Vergnano manages the company together with his wife Piera and daughter Rita, supported by a highly specialized professional team. The aging of the distillates takes place in the Santena warehouse, equipped with 400 hectoliter oak vats.hectoliters. The presence of 4 different bottling lines, along with all the equipment for extracting spices and distillation, ensures that this distillery has complete control over all production phases.
