SHIPPING TIMES

We ship on the same business day all the orders placed before 2 p.m.

Delivery in UK Mainland in 24 business hours ; in Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands, deliveries generally take place in 2-5 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is taken over by the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking link to follow each stage of the shipment.

For express shipments we use DPD.

Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during the delivery time. However, if nobody is at the property, our couriers will attempt delivery either the next day or leave the parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour. If you are not going to be in you can manange this delivery with the courier for an alternative day or select a safe place. Please note, by leaving delivery instructions on your parcel, you are accepting responsibility for it once delivered.

SAFE SHIPPING

Our shipments are always insured in case of damage, theft, or loss  to protect our customers as much as possible. 

Our orders are shipped in packaging tested and patented for the optimal transport of wine and spirits. We have chosen to completely eliminate plastic from our packages and to use the minimum amount of paper, to ensure maximum safety  of the bottles and at the same time minimize our environmental impact .

SHIPPING COSTS IN THE UK

Shipping costs are free for orders over £129 . Below this amount, the shipping fees are £8.90.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally from 9:00 to 18:00. We recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always present, for example, a concierge, an office, or a shop you trust.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package , or in the case of partial delivery , report the anomaly by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery document that the courier will have you sign. Notify our customer service at customers@callmewine.co.uk  as soon as possible of any irregularities, attaching photos of the damage or tampering of the package.

Do you want to return a purchase you made on Callmewine?

Write to us from the contact page within 20 days of receipt of the goods informing us that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating the relevant order number.

Ship the goods with suitable packaging to our warehouse address. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to collect the goods with our courier service. Please contact us for costs.

The refund will be made after we have received and verified the condition of the returned products.
