This Insolia Baglio di Pianetto is a wine that originates from the management of vineyards located in the province of Palermo, more precisely in Santa Cristina di Gela, under organic farming. The terroir is characterized by being predominantly clayey, rich in skeleton and mineral components, which are then found during tasting. The must ferments spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature that is kept constant. The final refinement then takes place, where the wine remains to refine for 3 months on the lees, until the winery begins the bottling operations.

The Insolia from Baglio di Pianetto develops in the glass, presenting itself with a straw yellow color, crossed by slight greenish hints at the rim. The olfactory spectrum opens up with decidedly floral tones, enriched by hints of citrus peel and touches of white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it has a light body, with an evident fresh verve, making it extremely smooth and pleasant to drink; on the taste, a good mineral flavor is noticeable.
