"Io cammino da solo" is the artisan and artistic answer of Daniele Ricci for the production of Timorasso in Tortonese area. A name that speaks of courage and stance: this orange stems from a 100 days of maceration in amphorae and an aging of 12 months in chestnut casks. Nose and pungent, citrus and saline with a lively, deep and slightly tannic taste. Wine made with old style artisanal methods
