Ugo Lestelle’s "IX" is a red wine made from red grapes of the area, mostly Grenache, a graceful and velvety wine. Ugo Lestelle is a young 'vigneron' who works in an artisanal way and without heavy vehicles the soils of his Languedoc. Hints of red and black fruits, then spicy hints on the finish are really intriguing. On the palate it is light, soft, with very fine tannins. It has an elegant sip, the finish is fresh and of great aromatic persistence. Perfect with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses
