The "K-Nom" from the Clos Troteligotte winery is a lively and tasty French red wine perfect for carefree evenings with a platter of cold cuts. This label is made with a blend of Malbec and Merlot vinified with only indigenous yeasts and aged for a few months in cement tanks. The ruby red color accompanies fruity and floral aromas while a smooth and juicy sip conquers the palate.

The artisanal winery Clos Troteligotte introduces the Cahors ‘K-Nom’, a red wine capable of showcasing the most accessible and immediate face of this denomination from the Sud Ouest wine region. Emmanuel Rybinski, owner of Clos Troteligotte, manages 19 hectares of vineyards in a wooded context, following the principles of biodynamic agriculture, certified since 2017. Emmanuel is strongly convinced that the quality of a wine depends primarily on the work in the vineyard, always seeking the perfect balance between the vine and the soil.

Emmanuel Rybinski Clos Troteligotte ‘K-Nom’ Cahors comes from a blend of Malbec (85%) and Merlot (15%), cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, both certified. The grapes that give rise to this bottle come from a micro-parcel selection of vines about 30 years old, planted in soils mainly composed of clay and limestone. Following the manual harvest, spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occurs, with a short maceration on the skins associated with delicate extraction techniques.delicate extraction. The subsequent aging period lasts a few months and takes place entirely in cement tanks. Throughout the winemaking process, no sulfur dioxide is added.

The 'K-Nom' Cahors from Clos Troteligotte has an intense ruby red color. Rich and fragrant aromas of berries, flowers, and underbrush characterize the nose, while on the palate, the juicy freshness stands out, making the sip smooth and drinkable, with non-intrusive tannins. It is a bottle with a balanced and dynamic taste, ideal to pair with assorted cold cuts, flavorful first courses, and white meats.
