The “Lamaione” by Frescobaldi is a great red wine made from Merlot, born in the Tenuta di Castelgiocondo and aged for 2 years in new barriques. It has a noble, intense and fruity personality, with aromas of sour cherries, jammy berries and many sweet spices. On the palate it is soft, warm, velvety and enveloping, with a long persistence
