"Falcorubens Col Fondo" is a Lambrusco produced according to the ancient traditions, with second fermentation in bottle without addition of sulphites or lees and withput filtrations, for this it has the typical natural sediment. The scents are vegetal and fruity the taste is fresh, dry and lively.
