The Lambrusco Grasparossa "Vigna Ca' del Fiore" is the flagship product of the Manicardi winery. It is selected from grapes from the subzone Ca' del Fiore, refermented in stainless steel autoclaves according to the Charmat/Martinotti method. On the palate it is fresh, lively, very drinkable with hints reminiscent of young red fruit and violets. Perfect to pair with local dishes such as cotechino and lentils or tortellini in broth
