Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro 'Vigneto Cialdini' Cleto Chiarli

This Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro “Vigneto Cialdini” wine is a hymn to joy and carefree living, characteristics that emerge from a genuine and authentic sip. Thanks to Cleto Chiarli, a production reality that was the first to dedicate itself to the creation of typical wines from Emilia Romagna, since the beginning of its establishment in the distant 1860. A label with a winey and dry sip, featuring an elegant and evanescent foam, which manages to reconcile, with excellent scores, both Italian and international critics.

The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro “Vigneto Cialdini” is born from the pure use of a grape variety that, for Emilia Romagna, represents more than a symbol, the Lambrusco di Grasparossa. The vines of this variety are cultivated by the Cleto Chiarli team with care and passion, and the grapes, once harvested, are traditionally pressed, macerating for 36 hours at a temperature between 10 and 12 degrees. The must is then separated and refrigerated, before fermenting and undergoing the foam capture in steel. The second fermentation takes place following the typical production principles of the Martinotti Method, in autoclave, where the wine remains until the bottling operations begin.  

The Chiarli “Vigneto Cialdini” is a Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, which, to the eye, announces itself with a ruby red color, with a foam that tends towards violet. The olfactory spectrum tells of mainly fruity notes, from which lively mineral hints emerge, along with slight spicy undertones. On the palate, it is light-bodied, sparkling, with a dry sip, flowing elegantly and refined. A label signed by Cleto Chiarli, excellent both as an aperitif and throughout the meal, to reserve a moment of pure enjoyment!
