The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro “Nivola” from the Modena winery of Cleto Chiarli is one of the best excellences of the Lambrusco production area. It is a particularly pleasant wine for its cheerful and sparkling face, which recalls the oldest customs of the territory. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are vinified in red with a maceration of a couple of days. The second fermentation takes place in autoclave according to the Martinotti Method. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, with a purple foam and a lively perlage. On the nose, it opens with notes of red currant, blueberry, fragrant red fruit, on a background of light floral nuances. The sip is dynamic, with a crunchy fruit and a very fresh finish, which closes on slightly savory notes.
