The Lambrusco di Sorbara "Premium" is a semi-sparkling and very pleasant red wine with a dry and well-balanced taste. Fine and fruity foam with pink highlights. Perfect pairing to the Emilia's cuisine
Lambrusco of Sorbara by Cleto Chiarli is a combination that has been bringing joy and happiness to the glass for many years, delivering consistently balanced, approachable, and graceful products. Just like this "Premium," a sparkling red wine that is incisive and full of personality, the result of Chiarli winery's great know-how, which envelops the palate with a soft effervescence and a truly pleasant structure. The history of Chiarli dates back to 1860, when Cleto, the founder of the family's fortunes, decided to cease the activity of his tavern to dedicate himself exclusively to the production of Lambrusco. A more than successful choice, as over the decades, the winery expanded its size and commercial volume, leading up to today, producing 900,000 bottles that encapsulate all the passion and dedication of the generations of the family that have been treading the lands of Modena for centuries.
The "Premium" is a Lambrusco of Sorbara whose grapes, after harvest, undergo a light maceration, then ferment and undergo the sparkling process in an autoclave, following the principles of the Martinotti or Charmat Method, introduced by the Chiarli winery for the first time in Emilia-Romagna in 1959. The wine then, before being bottled, undergoes ageing on its own yeasts for three months.
Cleto Chiarli's "Premium" is a Lambrusco of Sorbara that, in the glass, takes on a light ruby red hue with pinkish reflections. The aromas that develop on the nose evoke fruity and underbrush notes. On the palate, the foam is delicate and velvety, and a slightly mineral vein characterizes the sip. It is a label with a strongly convivial character, finding its gastronomic calling with various dishes of Italian cuisine: to play it safe, there's nothing better than trying it with a typical fried dumpling accompanied by local cold cuts.
