Cinque Campi’s ‘Fuorleggero’ Lambrusco is a lively rosé made from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa, produced through direct pressing with a short maceration period – a choice that sets it apart from the extractive style that is the winery’s hallmark. Spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks and traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle give the wine a lively, artisanal character.
