The Lambrusco from Emilia "Rosso Viola" is a fruity, dry and refreshing sparkling wine, produced with spontaneous refermentation in the bottle and subsequent disgorgement. The tradition of the territory is thus combined in a modern, clean and elegant style: fine and creamy perlage and hints of red fruit and violets in a pleasant, harmonious and gastronomic sip.
