The Lambrusco "Solco" by Paltrinieri is a soft and fresh sparkling red wine. From its fine and delicate foam emerge very pleasant notes of violets and small red fruits. It is a daily wine with an excellent quality/price ratio, ideal for pairing with flavorful first courses and cold cuts

The Lambrusco “Solco”, produced by the Paltrinieri winery, is a semi-dry and sparkling version of the red symbol of the territory. It is the bottle of tradition, which even in its name wants to emphasize the continuity with the customs of the past and with the history of a region, always linked to viticulture. The label represents a modern interpretation of the everyday red, always present on the tables of Modena. Its lively fruity freshness provides an immediately pleasant sip, a true explosion of aromas of red fruits. The slight sweetness perfectly balances the vibrant freshness typical of the grape variety.

The Lambrusco “Solco” comes from a winery that represents the history of Lambrusco. The Paltrinieri family has been producing wines in the Sorbara area since the early 1900s and has played a decisive role in the qualitative growth of the wines of the territory, with labels that express the best qualities of this ancient indigenous vine. The Lambrusco Salamino grapes are harvested around mid-September in the Vigneto del Cristo, a 15-hectare plot characterized by loose soil, quite rich in organic substances.organic. The Lambrusco Salamino has always been cultivated in the vineyards of Modena as a pollinator for the Sorbara Lambrusco vines. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with the classic maceration on the skins. The wine is then transferred to an autoclave, where re-fermentation occurs according to the Martinotti or Charmat Method, leaving a small percentage of residual sugar, in order to give the wine a soft and slightly sweet sip.

The Lambrusco “Solco” from the Paltrinieri winery is a convivial bottle, offering a perfect interpretation, fragrant and fruity, of this traditional wine from Modena. It is a simple and lively red, particularly suitable to accompany a platter of flavorful local cured meats. In appearance, it presents a bright ruby red color with luminous violet reflections, indicating its youth. The bouquet expresses exuberant aromas of berries, ripe cherry, strawberry, and delicate floral hints of violet. The sip is intense and soft, with sweet and juicy fruit, enlivened by a light carbonation. The finish is fruity, harmonious, and of great freshness.
