Lambrusco di Sorbara "Piria" by Paltrinieri is a sparkling wine made from Lambrusco di Sorbara and Salamino from the province of Modena refermented in an autoclave according to the Martinotti method. It has a light ruby red color, bright and lively, accompanied by aromas of strawberries, cherries, raspberries and fresh violets. At the sip it is refreshing and moderately savory, well dry and with delicious fruity tones
