The Lambrusco Spumante Rosato "Bruno e le Rose" by Ceci is a rosé sparkling wine made from Lambrusco and Pinot Nero grapes, coming from the province of Parma. Referments in autoclave according to the Martinotti / Charmat method and is ideal at aperitif time, expressing aromas of raspberries and cherries, white fruit and citrus fruits, while on the palate it is fresh and savory, juicy and with a creamy foam.

The Lambrusco Spumante Rosato “Bruno e le Rose” by Ceci is a convivial and satisfying sparkling wine, produced by one of the wineries that have made history in this category. Indeed, it is impossible not to associate the name of Ceci with that of the most famous red grape variety from Emilia, as the family that bears the name of the winery was one of the first to truly believe in its potential and to provide multiple interpretations. Never has it been more appropriate to speak of modernity and progress united with deep-rooted tradition, given that the winery was founded in 1938 and has always drawn from old family knowledge, blending it with a cutting-edge winery and meticulous work. Today, the company produces almost three million bottles, a considerable number that has not lost sight of the goal it has always pursued: the search for quality and detail. The wine “Bruno e le Rose” is obtained from a blend consisting almost entirely of Lambrusco and a minority part of Pinot Black, from vineyards cultivated near Torrile in the province of Parma. If in the vineyard the focus is on selecting the best bunches and the perfect ripening of the grapes, in the winery the process continues with destemming, brief maceration on the skins, and initial fermentation in stainless steel, followed by secondary fermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti/Charmat method.

The Rosé Sparkling Wine “Bruno e le Rose” presents itself in the glass with a golden pink hue and delicate perlage. Fresh and inviting olfactory impact, even luscious, with hints of cherry, strawberry, and orange peel. On the palate, the liquid reveals itself juicy and with an irresistible drinkability, enlivened by a creamy bubble and a proper amount of freshness. Winning on the everyday table.
