The Lambrusco "Vigna Nera" is a sparkling red wine that represents the most typical and characteristic expression of the winemaking tradition of the area. It is produced with Lambrusco Salamino and Ancellotta, the classic grapes of the region, cultivated for centuries in the area of Reggio Emilia and Modena. Its sparkling verve, its fruity taste make it the perfect table companion to accompany all the first courses of Emilia cuisine, rich meats, particularly cured and cooked pork products.

The sparkling wine Lambrusco "Vigna Nera" originates from the hilly area of the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena. It is in these lands that the 24 hectares of the Fangareggi winery are located, divided into various Poderi. The vineyards are cultivated in the locations of Campagnola, Rolo, Fabbrico, Correggio, and Carpi, following a strict protocol inspired by integrated pest management, which requires minimal use of fertilizers, fungicides, pesticides, and chemical products. Attention to work in the fields allows for the production of healthy, high-quality grapes, which are picked by hand with a selection of the bunches directly in the vineyard. The grapes of Lambrusco Salamino and Ancellotta are traditionally vinified in red. After a short aging period, the base wines are transferred to autoclave for the secondary fermentation and sparkling process using the Martinotti or Charmat method.

The Lambrusco “Vigna Nera” expresses all the lively sparkling exuberance typical of the wines from the Reggio Emilia and Modena area. Its pleasant fruity character, fresh and fragrant, releases the best of the winemaking tradition of the territory, making it a true symbol wine. In the glass, it presents itself with a bright ruby red color with violet reflections. The foam is delicate and light. On the nose, it mainly recalls the aromas of small berries, red fruit, and hints of wild and herbal notes. On the palate, it has a vibrant and intense attack, with a rich and crunchy fruit. The finish is of great freshness, closing on pleasantly savory notes.
