The Lambrusco dell’Emilia “Rosso Viola” is a fruity, dry and refreshing semi-sparkling wine produced with second spontaneous fermentation in bottle and disgorging. The tradition of the terroir in a modern, clean and elegant style: fine and creamy bubbles and scents of red fruits and violets in a pleasant, harmonic and easy drinking taste.
