"Baccanera" is a fresh and fragrant red wine from the Langhe made from a blend of Barbera, Merlot, Nebbiolo, and a small part of Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested in the municipality of Barolo. The sip is lively, agile, and of pleasant complexity and character, with delicate tannins, surrounded by notes of sweet spices, red plum, hay, forest fruits, and black pepper.
