The Lazio Bianco "Oncia Bianca" by Carlo Noro is a fresh and easy to drink white, produced with artisanal care, with Malvasia and Passerina grapes that are harvested from vines raised in the form found on the label. The caring for the soil wellbeing is one of the prerogatives of the winery that works following the principles of biodynamics. Fresh fruit such as pears, then floral scents and a finish almost of salt are the aromas that strike the nose. In the mouth, however, is found a slight astringency, good sapidity and an intense crispness. Excellent with a risotto prepared with vegetables, maybe freshly picked from the garden

The Lazio Bianco "Oncia Bianca" by Carlo Noro is produced in Lazio, particularly in the municipality of Piglio, an area that gives rise to the best Cesanesi of Piglio. Carlo has always cultivated his lands following the principles of biodynamic agriculture, pursuing his belief that only in this way can the land be healed and brought to produce in the best possible manner. The activity involves not only wine production: it is also important to cultivate vegetables and fruits always respecting biodynamics and to produce jams, pickled vegetables, and sauces, as well as spices.

The Malvasia and Passerina grapes of the Lazio Bianco "Oncia Bianca" by Carlo Noro grow in soils located about 400 meters above sea level and extending over approximately 4 hectares. The cultivation practice is characterized by prevention against vine adversaries: selected manure from cows led to pasture that feed on wild herbs is used; herbal teas and preparations of yarrow, chamomile, nettle, oak, and dandelion are employed. The yield is lower of that indicated by the regulations, but this allows for extreme attention to every cultivated plant; the soil is characterized by skeletons and some incursions of limestone. The grape harvest is manual and in the cellar spontaneous fermentation occurs thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts in steel; it ages in steel for about 8 months before being bottled.

The color of Lazio Bianco "Oncia Bianca" by Carlo Noro is a straw yellow with brilliant reflections. The bouquet of aromas recalls ripe white-fleshed fruits like pears and peaches, summer white flowers, and iodine notes on the finish; on the palate, the structure is characterful with a slight astringency and a beautiful freshness on the finish that invites glass after glass. It is recommended to pair with shellfish and mollusks and fish soups; also interesting with seasonal vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses. An authentic and genuine product to dedicate to gatherings with lifelong friends, enjoying in the glass a wine with unique flavors, the result of careful and respectful work with nature.
