"Le Blancs du Matin" is a white wine of great minerality and freshness born from a blend of Chasselas, Sylvaner, and Auxerrois grapes. It ages for 12 months on the fine lees in barrique and expresses itself with a slender and sharp profile, great smoothness and lightness, with a clear savory trail and an aromatic profile of citrus, sweet spices, and hints of aromatic herbs
