From our sommeliers

"Le Oche" is a white wine of medium body, fresh and expressive, with pleasant aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers. Soft, balanced, and smooth, it presents a lively and elegant aromatic richness. A wine aged for 12 months in cement with an exciting quality/price ratio.

"Le Oche", which rests on sandy and clayey soil at an altitude of 380 meters. In the vineyard, as already mentioned, interventionism is minimal and organic farming is integrated with some precepts of biodynamics, therefore chemistry is totally excluded. In the cellar, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place and 20 days of maceration, with aging of 12 months in cement on the lees, followed by 4 months in bottle.

The wine “Le Oche” presents itself in the glass with a bright straw-yellow hue, which turns towards gold. An identity nose and good complexity, which unfolds aromas of almond, pear, elderflower, and acacia, returning a generous and extremely inviting picture. The sip is no less, so much so that on tasting the wine proves to be sunny and generous, played on soft tactile sensations and a beautiful savory push. Much more than educational.
