Yuka & Clotaire Michal's 'L'Emprise' comes from a small plot of Chardonnay grown on pink granite and sandy soils, typical of central Beaujolais. Fresh and fruity, it is produced with artisanal care to express the utmost purity of the fruit. The nose releases aromas of apple and white flowers, with delicate citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with a vibrant savouriness. Ideal with raw fish
