Vinification involves moderate maceration on the skins and fermentation in old chestnut barrels and egg-shaped concrete tanks. The nose reveals flowers and ripe citrus fruits, while the palate offers vibrant freshness and marked sapidity. Ideal with a typical 'Gomes de Sá' cod dish, a casserole with potatoes, olives and eggs
