"Madamarosè" is a rosé wine from the Monreale area produced with pure Syrah grapes and aged for several months in steel tanks. It reveals a playful, fresh, delightful, and fragrant soul, wrapped in a light and subtle aromatic profile of pomegranate, berries, Mediterranean herbs, and sea breezes

The “Madamarosè” Tenuta Sallier de la Tour by Tasca d'Almerita is a Sicilian rosé made from Syrah grapes, with refined aromaticity and an irresistible sip. When mentioning Tasca d'Almerita, we refer to one of the realities that have marked the winemaking history of Sicily and beyond, as the winery was founded as far back as 1830. Founded by the Counts Tasca, today Alberto and Giuseppe Tasca have taken on the family legacy passed down through generations, adopting an approach that proudly looks to the past and tradition, while also considering increasingly current needs, such as preserving biodiversity and soil vitality. The name Tasca d'Almerita has now become an absolute guarantee of quality, which can also be approached with everyday wines of remarkable craftsmanship.

The “Madamarosè” rosé is a wine made from pure Syrah grapes, sourced from vineyards located in the Tenuta Sallier de La Tour in Monreale, in the foothill area of the Valle dello, which rest on fresh and predominantly sandy soils. After a careful selection of the bunches, carried out both in the vineyard and in cellar, the white winemaking of Syrah is carried out to preserve freshness. The liquid then ages for 3 months on the fine lees in steel containers before bottling.

The “Madamarosè” presents itself in the glass with a lively and bright pink hue. Whispered and fresh nose, characterized by hints of wild strawberries, black pepper, and floral notes. The sip is fresh and savory, juicy and rhythmic, and truly irresistible on the everyday table. A rosé of great gastronomic versatility, to be enjoyed with satisfaction both with fish-based preparations and with Mediterranean first courses.
