The Malvasia Istriana from I Clivi comes from a very old vineyard that has reached 80 years of age and matures for 12 months on fine lees in steel. Its profile is rich and aromatic with notes of citrus, chamomile, yellow fruit combined with an exuberant minerality that is almost salty.
