"Marani" Bianco of the Sartori winery is a pure Garganega made with grapes from the Soave area. It is made through a careful selection of grapes and a soft pressing, the refinement takes place in oak barrels for a few months and this gives a good structure. The colour is golden straw yellow and the scents are intense, sweet, reminiscent of ripe summer fruit and acacia honey. The taste is full, soft, rich and with an extremely balanced finish

The “Marani” Bianco by Sartori is a wine of remarkable aromatic intensity, characterized by a very soft and seductive profile. The rich fruit, a result of the drying of the grapes, highlights all the generous, ripe, and fruity charm of Garganega in purity, the typical grape of the Soave area. It is a white wine with great expressive personality. Due to its particular aromatic characteristics, it pairs very well with dishes from Asian cuisine, with lightly spiced white meats, or with a platter of semi-aged cheeses with intense and persistent flavor.

The Bianco “Marani” by Sartori is the precious fruit of Garganega vineyards cultivated in the hilly area of Soave and Colognola ai Colli, in the area east of the city of Verona, on calcareous soils, very suitable for white grape varieties.  At the end of the harvest, the best bunches are placed to dry for at least 40 days in ventilated rooms. During this long period, the berries dehydrate, concentrating sugars and aromas. The bunches are then gently pressed to extract the dense and rich must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and in small part in oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine matures sur lies for a few months to enrich the structure and broaden the aromatic spectrum.

The “Marani” Bianco wine, produced by the famous Veneto winery Sartori, is an expression of an area historically very suited to the production of great whites, made using the ancient indigenous grape variety Garganega. In the glass, it presents a beautiful bright golden yellow color with brilliant reflections. On the nose, it expresses an intense and broad bouquet, characterized by aromas of loquat, cartucciaro melon, ripe yellow fruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, hints of tropical fruit, multifloral honey, floral nuances of broom, chamomile, and a slight spicy touch of saffron. On the palate, it is soft and seductive, with dense aromas, ripe fruit with pleasant sweetness, well balanced by a harmonious, savory, and fresh finish.
