"Mattìo" is a Sardinian white wine produced from a local grape, the Granatza, macerated for 40 days on the skins. It is aged in earthenware amphora for 4 months and is expressed with a rich, intense and excellent freshness profile, enveloped by hints of citrus peel, aromatic herbs, yellow fruit and memories of the sea
