Chateau de Garnerot's Mercurey Blanc 'Roc Blanc' is a rich white from central Burgundy aged in oak in the traditional way. The nose opens with intense hints of ripe, yellow and white fruit, followed by light buttery puffs. The palate is round and enveloping, with a surprisingly fresh and smooth finish. Perfect with poultry in sauce, creamy cheeses or delicate risottos
