The "Mon Blanc" from the Aosta Valley winery Les Cretes is a fresh and young wine, with a straightforward, immediate sip and a very pleasant drinkability. It is made with a selection of grapes from indigenous and international white grape varieties, cultivated in the vineyards of the estate. The entire winemaking process takes place in steel, in order to preserve the fragrant, floral, and fruity face of the primary aromas of the grapes. It is the classic mountain white wine, characterized by a delicate and subtle profile, perfectly expressing the characteristics of freshness of the alpine terroir.

The winery in Aymavilles has now become an essential reference point for wines from the Aosta Valley. Founded in the late 1980s, it now manages about twenty hectares divided into various parcels in the municipalities of Saint Pierre, Aymavilles, Gressan, Sarre, Aosta, and Saint Christophe, predominantly cultivated with: Petite Arvine, Fumin, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Cornalin, and Premetta.
