The Montej Rosso from Villa Sparina is a fresh and persistent Barbera in purity from Monferrato Astigiano. It is vinified in steel and then aged for 4 months, partly in steel and partly in barrique. This results in a lively red wine with fruity nuances, especially of red and black fruits, accompanied by more woody and balsamic notes. Perfect to pair with spicy dishes, such as curry chicken.
