The Morellino di Scansano by Terenzi is a soft, young, and fresh red wine, vinified only in steel. It expresses itself with tones of ripe red fruit, delicate spices, red flowers, and violets. The sip is fragrant, fresh, fruity, harmonious, and balanced

The Morellino di Scansano by Terenzi is a wine with a young profile, already very pleasant to drink now. Pure Sangiovese, it presents itself with a well-balanced tannin and a freshness that makes it enjoyable to drink. A bottle with which Terenzi, a young and ambitious reality led by three brothers, tells the story of southern Tuscany, enhancing and respecting it with care and expertise. The price of this label is also excellent, as it truly has all the credentials to secure an interesting place at the table and in the cellars of all enthusiasts.

This Morellino di Scansano originates from Sangiovese grapes, cultivated by the Terenzi winery in deep soils, characterized by the presence of coarse-grained sands and clay rich in skeleton. The vines grow using the spur cordon system, and manual harvesting begins towards the end of September. The bunches are destemmed with a partial breaking of the berries, and then pressed. The obtained must ferments in stainless steel containers, also undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine then rests for a few months in steel, until it is deemed ready for bottling and subsequent marketing.

The Morellino di Scansano Terenzi presents itself to the eye with a ruby red color, crossed by slight reflections tending more towards purple. The aromas that envelop the nose move on a crunchy fruity weave, enriched by more floral notes and hints of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a generous and abundant sip, which envelops the palate with a fresh and harmonious embrace. A Tuscan red that is good for all seasons and pairs particularly well with meat dishes, able to enhance their richness.
