The Moscatel de Setubal by Bacalhoa is a sweet fortified wine from the Setubal area, south of Lisbon. It is produced with Moscato d’Alessandria, an ideal variety for producing sweet wines and, thanks to its high alcohol content, it takes on a unique aromatic profile. On the nose, we perceive typical hints of orange blossom, candied citrus followed by intriguing notes of tea. This is a wine robust, with great persistence, ideal to pair with chocolate, or excellent as an aperitif
