The Moscato di Saracena Peppina by Giuseppe Calabrese is a dessert raisin wine obtained from the millennial technique of the Saracen Government, which consists in boiling some of the must to concentrate it in aromatic substances. Perfume of apricot and prickly pear, with spicy oriental tea while the mouthfeel is beautifully balanced by a vibrant freshness
