Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine is a fresh and mineral white wine from Loira, obtained by fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts and aged in the same tanks for 6 months. The olfactory profile is composed by fruity and citrus tones with marine hints. The taste is decidedly fresh, light and delicate, marked with a lovely sapid-mineral vein. Perfectly to drink with oysters
