Domaine de la Pépière
At the northernmost tip of the French region of Brittany, we find Domaine de la Pépière, whose headquarters are in the village of Maison-sur-Sèvre. At the helm of the winery, founded in 1984, is Marc, a willing and passionate winemaker, who, over the years, has led the Domaine to acquire new plots of land, and, with the help of Rémi and Gwénaelle, new figures who have joined him in his winemaking adventure, has chosen to convert the vineyards first to an organic approach, and then to a management system that is entirely converting to biodynamic. Marc believes that great wines are born in the vineyard, and that the terroir of Muscadet must always be the undisputed protagonist of every label. A courageous choice, certainly not easy, which every year leads to the creation of a wide range of labels, a faithful representation of what the French Loire Valley is capable of bringing to the glass.
