L''Astemia's Nascetta is a drinkable version of this rare native white wine of the Langhe. It is produced with light vinification and short cold maceration, all to extract the grapes' aromatic finesse to the full. The nose offers a varied bouquet of fresh citrus fruit, white-fleshed fruit and delicate honey notes on the finish. The sip is light and drinkable, characterised by an intense freshness on the finish, offering pleasant citric sensations
